Terms and refunds

These terms are between you and Novpix LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States, which runs StoryGift. Payments are made to Link (a Stripe company), the seller of record for credits, under Link's own terms. Questions about StoryGift: support@storygift.app.

What StoryGift is

A studio for short animated stories. Every style, editing your own words, adding photos and saving the video are free. Stories written for you by Claude use credits.

Credits

• A new visitor gets 3 free credits. Free credits are limited per network to stop abuse.
• Credits are sold in packs of 10 for US$2.99. Tax is calculated at checkout: depending on your currency it is added to the price or already included in it.
• Link (a Stripe company) sells the credits to you as the seller of record. Link charges your card, works out and collects any tax, sends your receipt and answers questions about the payment itself. Your statement shows LINK.COM* STORYGIFT.
• One credit is used only when Claude has written a story you can see. If writing fails, is stopped, or the answer is unusable, no credit is used.
• Credits do not expire while StoryGift runs. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be moved to another account.
• Credits belong to the browser that bought them (StoryGift has no sign-in yet). Clearing this site's cookies loses them; write to us with your payment receipt and we will restore them.

Refunds

• A pack you have not used any credit from can be refunded in full within 14 days of buying it. Write to support@storygift.app, or ask Link for a refund from your receipt.
• If something went wrong on our side (a charge without credits, a double charge), we refund it, whatever the date.
• Once a pack has been used, the credits already used are not refunded.
• Refunds are paid back by Link to the card you used. Link may also refund a payment itself within 60 days, for example if we do not answer a refund request within 48 hours.
• A refund removes that pack's credits. Disputes with your bank are handled by Link; while one is open the pack's credits are removed, and an account whose credits were already used is paused until it is settled.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you keep your statutory rights. By using a credit you ask us to deliver the story at once, which ends the 14-day right of withdrawal for the credits used; unused credits stay refundable as above.

What you make

The stories and videos you make are yours. You are responsible for the photos and words you put in them: use only photos you may use, and nothing hateful, sexual or meant to hurt someone. Claude may refuse to write a story; no credit is used then.

The service

We work to keep StoryGift running but cannot promise it always will. We may change styles and features. If we ever close it, we will refund unused paid credits.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Novpix LLC is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms follow the law of the State of Delaware, USA, without taking away the protection that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.
